Jonathon Douglas

Jonathon Douglas is a trial lawyer who has done it all. He holds insurance companies accountable. He believes that protecting your rights and getting money to pay for your recovery are the most important parts of your injury claim.

Mr. Douglas graduated from the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, both with honors. From there, he attended Stetson University College of Law where he was trained in the art of trial advocacy.

After graduation from law school, he began his work as an Assistant Public Defender and then moved on to defending the rights of the accused in State and Federal Courts as an associate with the Hebert Law Group. While there, Jonathon defended several high profile and nationally televised cases.

After his time at Hebert Law Group, Mr. Douglas continued honing his trial skills as a Civil Trial Litigator and partner at a premier insurance defense firm. While there, he represented some of the largest insurers in the nation and tried all sorts of cases ranging from bodily injury to complex insurance litigation.

Jonathon Douglas now uses his experience and knowledge to help the individuals throughout the country recover from their injuries and recoup losses which were caused by the negligence of others.
